Sportster 883 or Kawasaki Concours?

I'm actually not sure you could pick two bikes that are more different. I have a decent amount of experiencing riding BOTH of these bikes. By virtue of your size, and the sheer flexibility of what it has to offer, I would suggest looking more seriously at the Concours. That being said, and you didn't mention what year it is, I would think you could find one for a little bit cheaper than $5,000. It's regarded as an "old" (and it is...25 years with essentially no changes) design, and it is not terribly sought after, especially because of the antiquated appearance. Most sporting riders demand the latest, most cutting edge components available, but if "pretty decent" is good enough for you (and considering that you're contemplating the purchase of the 60-year-old-technology-laden Sportster, I surmise it is), the Concours is a solid steed. Plenty of power, very smooth in-line 4-cyl. that is a tried-and-true design. Very neutral, upright riding position with decent ergos make it a comfy day-long mini-tourer. You can pull the bags off for a sporty look or leave them on and you have something practical. You can even get a Givi box or something similar for the back if your penger wants a backrest and some more storage. All that being said, the much-maligned (by non-riding neophytes) 883 is a great bike too, but is much better suited to shorter around-town jaunts, and has limited promise for any types serious two-up riding, and day-long excursions. A nice little hopscotch-er, if not a wee bit small for you, physically. You can't really go wrong either way. BOTH will be fun, but the Concours will do everything the Sportster will PLUS a bunch more, and probably wear you down less while putting a bigger smile on your face. Good luck!

The throw was over the third basemans head and went over the fence by the dugout. The umpire advanced the runners Two bases. They went from first and second to third and home. I thought once it is a dead ball, the runners advance only one base. They said something about the one plus one rule. I've never heard of this. Anyone know of this rule in highschool baseball?

Once we went to NYC for our birthdays and my dad took us to a really fancy restaurant. we got lobster and he said he wanted feticcini alfredo (forgive me if i miss-spelled that) instead. he started to cry and he finally got what he wanted. then his mom left to go to the bathroom and he asked everyone for some lobster and CRIED (13 year old crying in a public restaurant over the stupidest thing ever) that he didn't get any. he cries about everything and is also a smart aleck and a huge jerk. once we liked the same girl and she rejected him and said yes to me and he was upset for months about that. he makes the worlds biggest deal out of everything and once he said he really wanted to see eagle eye. we were 12 at the time and i got it and invited him over to see it. did it really matter if he was aloud to or not? he had to call his mom for whatever reason and ask her if he could see it. hes really babyish and it was obviously for attention. he does everything for attention and cries and pouts a ton. also once he came over and asked me if we could talk seriously. i said sure and he told me he had no friends. in my head i was like: no kidding you jerk face! but i told him i understood. he started crying and he told his mom that he was crying cuz i PUNCHED HIM. i was like wtf?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! i didnt talk to him for like a week and then we saw eachother again and he got all upset and said he was sorry. i forgave him but a month later (this was around 3 weeks ago?) my dog died and i also had to break up with my girlfriend. my parents invited his family over and i had to entertain him. I let him win at call of duty because i owned the game and was a lot better than him at it and didnt want him to cry. he boasted for like 4 or 5 minutes about winning and i just kept sighing and rolling my eyes. he asked me: DUDE WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU TONIGHT? well i don't know if your pregnant or not but before i found out i started to get discharge and my got really sore.but mine was weird i hadn't had a period since march but didn't get prego until april. and i took my first test on the 21 of april it came out negative and then 2 weeks later i took another one and it came out positive. also my b/f grabbed the wrong one one the 2nd time i took it and i took and ovulation test which said i was ovulating also and then 30 mins later i took the right one that said i was prego. very weird but yea. but if you start to get where it bothers you to lay on your stomach that could also be a sign that you are pregnant. and i have friends that were trying to conceive by going by theses test like you do and they have had no luck for 3 years and then they stopped going by the test and now they have a beautiful baby boy. i think your best bet is to go to a dr. but i wish you the best of luck and i hope my little bit of info can be of some help to you.

I have seen the movie that was based on this subject both from owning it and watching it during science cl in school in the past, granted now I'm 19 years old and am in college but could something like that of the movie actually happen? The government knew about this yet lied saying that project destiny was not that problem and that i could actually help in restoring the earth's core if their mission did not succeed. the first signs was that the Earth's magnetic field the thing that protects us from radiation from the sun was depleting and even being erased completely and causing mive storms on the planet due to this drop in the field. Anyway I have heard stories that the hole in the Ozone layer of our planet in real life is actually depleting and even in modern times have actually disappeared completely and some believe that this is due to the fact that the core of the earth is deteriorating. or something of that nature. could this event as described in the film actually be real?

one time my friends and i were playing riddle games. One of my friends was giving a riddle that was hard to solve. And my other friend asked if he can "titrate" it with other clues. Now I never heard of that word except for chemistry cl. But not in this context. But from how my friend used it, I totally got what she meant. Now i wanna ask if that word is really existent in such context that she used it in other than in science cles. Does anyone know? Because I searched in dictionary.com and the only definition it gave me was the chemistry definition. So now i wonder if my friend just picked that word up from old chemistry lessons making it equal with the properties of the riddle game that we were doing. She has some adept vocabulary skills so I was guessing that such skills enables one to borrow from other sources even if they are not defined in the dictionary. LEEP procedure and Pregnancy?

How many women have had a LEEP done and had any complications later in their pregnancy? I had one done about 2 1/2 years ago. I'm close to 30 weeks pregnant now. My OB did a transl ultrasound @ 16 weeks and my cervix measured 2.7 cm, and then again at 20 weeks and it measured 2.8 cm (she said possibly it lengthened a bit due to my bladder or jsut less stress). I'm just nervous about pre-term labor since I think they like to see your cervix above 3 cm and mine was shorter at only 16 weeks.I also heard the scarring can cause some problems with dilation during labor? What problems can/does it cause?

Plants to soak up excess water?

I have a french drain system in the back yard (Texas zone 7) and it puddles some with water in the dry well at the end of the drain. You can't make it drain to the street because of the slope and my house is a front entry driveway. I need some plant suggestions for this area. Maybe a tree or a shrub that likes water to help soak it up some. I don't want to breed mosquitos at the back of my small yard. In 54% green Phosphoric Acid- what contaminant would cause purple scale to form inside pipes & components?

We have purple scale plugging up stainless steel piping and pressure regulator valves in a system flowing pure 54% green Phosphoric Acid. Never seen this in 13 years of operation. First of all, you must be honest with yourself. Hello all. Am currently married and just found out that I'm pregnant about 2 months plus. My husband and I decided not to inform anyone yet until a trip to the gynae. After that, we decided to share the good news with our folks, and since i was close to my brother, to let him and his wife know as well. His wife and I've had problems before. I have a new puppy at everything is going great..except at night. He won't leave me alone while I'm trying to sleep. A friend of mine opened a car cleaning shop in Missouri and they let someone they sort of knew use a space in the garage to work on thier motorcycle. Yesterday, on the 12 th I received a letter from a debt relief agency/attorney saying that on the 9th(a few days earlier) a lawsuit had been filed against me in my local court district for an 8 year old private student loan by another company. The debt relief company claiming to want to help me said in the letter that they could help me fight the lawsuit, file bankruptcy, or sue the company trying to sue me. They said in most cases they never even have to go to court. I have not even been served yet by the company they said is sueing me, but the debt relief company said it is common to get their letter before getting served with a lawsuit by the other company. My first question is how can I be sued for an 8 year old unsecure private loan that is listed as closed and paid-charged off on my credit report? This loan is not even listed on the National Student Loan database with my other federal loans.It is also not even listed as in collections on my credit report and it also has a positive check next to it unlike my actual federal loans. Can a person be sued in court for an 8 year old private loan that says paid-charged off when it is not even listed on my report as being sent to any collections? Also, I was never given a debt validation by the company that claimed to even hold this private loan before charging it off and closing it out all together. Can your credit report read in good standing but then someone comes out of the blue to sue you for an 8 year old debt that is closed when the Statute of Limitations is four years? One more thing, how could the company claiming to want to help me find out on the 9th but have their letter sent to me by the 12th? Seems odd to me.Thank you. THEN I read synopsis' more, and found it. Gabe is a spirit - Diana's hallucination. I am almost positive that everything he does is either a hallucination of Diana's, or he's talking to the audience ("Aftershocks", for example). As for his interaction with his dad, Dan, I think that since that's technically after Di leaves, he might be just calling out to his son, as in saying, you know "Diana used to talk to you, and it helped her. Pregnant one month after a miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage on June 22-23, I went to the doctor and she did a sonogram and didnt see anything, I was less than one month pregnant, they did a blood test and they said my levels were really low for hcg. They said I can try again once I get my period. So I was supposed to get my period around the 21st, but didnt I didnt think much of it b/c I know my cycle would be different, I have been getting some light spotting here and there and have sore which I didnt get last month. Also last month, when I took the pregnancy tests the line that indicates ur preggers was very very light. Yesterday I took a test because I was planning to book a flight for two weeks, so I just wanted to make sure it was negative, but imagine my surprise it was positive!! The both lines were dark blue and came up seconds after I took it!! Is this possible that I am preggers? I am scheduled for a blood test to confirm, but I just wanted to see if anyone had this happen to them? I just dont want to get my hopes up, would it be possible the levels are still in my blood from last month even though it was really low?

Okay, I have a 30 gallon aquarium with a hood that can fit one T-8 fluorescent bulb. Now I want live plants for it, low to medium light plants. So I ovioulsy need more watts. Now, I've heard the watts per gallon rule applies to T-8 fixture, but what about T-5 fixtures? I know T-5 lighting fixtures produce more Lumens per watt. So would a single 24 watt T-5 be better than a single T-8 20W? I'm going for mostly medium light plants... Would that do, a T-5 fixture for a 30 gallon aquarium, 24W?

I'm an animal lover. I also love tigers, especially white ones. I think they are so beautiful and majestic and all cats have that mysterious side to them, which I find intriguing. When it comes to pets, my favorite would definitely have to be ferrets. They are cute, fun to play with, have great personalities, and are such comical little critters! I think by nature women like to talk and men are typically quieter. I also think 30s and 40's can be the time of high drive for women but I also think that slows down. I think you have to weigh what is important to you and decide how much you need in your life that is realistic. You should talk to your husband about setting up a schedule that you guys can realistically follow. So in other words he has X amount of days where you are not in his ear, he has quiet time and space. You also get X amount of days were you either get a date night or talk night or both that he feels he can keep up with..realistically and not over compensating because you told him you will leave him. Otherwise if you are that miserable and this just isn't working for you then leave. If it were me I'd stay where I was truly loved and put together a workable schedule so both our needs could be met.

I always try to be kind to her and help her when she's down but she is making it harder and harder. I am 16 and she is 23. She is constantly putting me down and making fun of me. I noticed that it just makes my skin look somewhat swollen in the area of the rash. It doesn't change my skin color, but I do start to see small ripples showing a rough look compared to the rest of my skin. The first place I noticed this rash was around my upper leg. It went away about 2-3 weeks later, but then appeared on the same leg, but lower. I started to scratch area, then this rash started to spread all around my back of my calf (same leg). Now this rash has traveled to my right elbow. I'm not really allergic to anything, and I don't have major medical problems. Recently I was pulled over while driving late at night under suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol. I'd check a couple of things. If the engine is turning over fast enough to start, but just won't catch, then sputters to life, it may be getting too much fuel. Ask your mechanic about it. If it does not spin fast enough, you might change the brand of oil you're using. I had an old plymouth that simply would not turn over fast enough to start in cold weather. A friend advised me to change from quaker state oil to Pennzoil, and I never had it fail to start again.

At 14 my son did something bad that could get him in trouble with the law. We were harsh, told him, besides other things, he had destroyed our trust in him, we'd never trust him again and he didn't deserve our respect. Such words broke his spirit but we wanted him to face the consequences. He got a kinda harsh punishment that lasted almost a year. During this time we were firm, though he pleaded for forgiveness and trust. It worked and madehim into an excellente and trustworthy kid, but our relationship was destroyed. He never got over, got depressed and today, at 24, agreat mathematician, is a strange to us. 2 years ago said he couldn't get over what we said and did when he messed up and havingany relationshipw/ us would be extremely painful.
