About silent hill?

this pyrimid head guy.in the movie , i think he has a connection with the janitor"colin" and it is implied that he s allessa gillespie. she says " you know what happens to little girls when there alone". I know they burner her in the movie but there are two allessas and one sharon. can anybody fill me in on the movie?thanx!!!
