Does anyone think that this was the worst Halloween ever?

I mean, this year, I went to the rich neighborhood with my friends, and half the houses were done by 8:30, and the houses that actually gave candy gave out one Tootsie roll each! Am I the only one that is feeling the effects of this economy during Halloween?
