Would you ever dress your 4 year old daughter in tights and a mini skirt?

Absolutely no way in Hell I would dress my daughter like that. Mini skirts are not appropriate for little girls. The tights I wouldn't mind, but the really low V-neck and the mini-skirt wouldn't fly. What's wrong with her mother? Does the mom dress like a slut too?
