A drug charge question, professional opinions?

A friend of mine opened a car cleaning shop in Missouri and they let someone they sort of knew use a space in the garage to work on thier motorcycle. This guy started bringing around people there at all hours, and leaving junk around, and being sort of a nussince, so my friend asked him to pack up his stuff. It took days to get the guy down there and when he finnaly did it was at like 11pm when my friend met him down there to suprivise. After 12am, a cop knocked on the door, and having nothing to hide, my friend let him in, he was at the front of the shop, and the guy and a couple others were in the back, and the cop was checking it out becuse it could've been a robbery. Anyway the others were acting suspicious and other cops were called, and they turned up in the other guys duffle bag 11 grams of methamphetamine! Also, I think it was in another guys trunk of his car was an ice cooler w/chemicals that could be used to make meth. he has 1 poss. charge that he's on prob.4. Is he screwed?
