Alongwith bad economy and two wars wouldn't bush's legacy include an obama administration?

Well...true....but Bush's legacy will improve immensely if Obama is a really bad President; for example, if Obama's obvious reluctance to use military force makes us weaker and more vulnerable to attack, all of a sudden "The Bush Doctrine" (going on offense in the war on terror) is going to make a lot more sense.
