Are there any international organizations that deal with animal welfare?

It is nice of you to care so much about these animals (I could only stomach looking at the first couple of pics). This makes me sick as well (and makes me realize how lucky my own pets are!) I am not sure if anybody on here will be able to help you with something that is going on in Serbia though.
