Does my guinea pig have waltzing disease?

I read online that one of the signs of waltzing disease is running in circles and my guinea pig likes to run in circles in his cage a couple times a day. Like im watching TV in my room and he starts running in circles for a few seconds. Should i be concerned? If he has it is it bad for him to have it?
