What do you do when some psycho gets you in their sights on 360?

I, AS WELL AS SOME OF MY FRIENDS HAVE BEEN TERRORIZED BY SOME EVIL WOMAN AND HER 10 ALIASES. She has been reported but it makes no difference. It continues all the same. What has your experience been in this sort of thing? I need some help.
