I received an email From the PlayStation Network"Get a game when you purchase a PSPgo system" do i qualify?

Although I bought my PSPgo about a month ago, I received an email form the playstation network that if I buy a new PSPgo I will get ins creed bloodlines for free. All I need to do was create a playstation account on my new psp or sign on to my previously created account on it. Do i qualify to receive it because I didn't receive a free game on my PSP.
