Does it sound like he wants a relationship?

We're in college. We've been to a bar and on a date and he's come over a couple of times to just do simple things like watch tv. He skipped a party to hang out with me. He embarressingly admitted that he looked up our compatability in a website and said that it was positive. He texts me everyday and asks me to hang out pretty much everyday that I'm available. We didnt kiss until the 4th time we hung out, and we didn't make out until the 5th. He always says I'm adorable and he didn't try to feel me up or really get into my pants when we made out. He's in a frat though and although I know its stereotypical, it scares me. What do you think? And what are some signs that I can look out for to tell if he's serious and interested in dating me, or just trying to get in my pants? Thanks!
