Neglected - Is this dog abused? Pictures included.?

yea i would consider tat abuse. can she even fit into that dog house? it seems too small for a big dog like that. if u ask me its abuse. and yea i think a dog with that coat needs to be cooled off when temperatures reach the 90's thats a rly warm coat.
