Is the power light on my rhino 450w power supply supossed to be yellow?

This might be a dumb question but its my first time messing with the inside of a computer and i replaced my original power supply with a rhino 450w and when the computers off but the p/s is on the light is red, then i turn the computer on and its yellow/orange. Just wondering if thats ok..or if its supossed to be green.
