My backbone and lower ribs are hurting very badly?

i DONT want to go to a doctor whta shpould i do. this have been happening for the last 2 day and its the same still. anyhelp would be wonderful and also there is this awful coughng which almost displaces my ribs. the lower ribs hurt so much that i cannot even tounch them and bending is almost impossible
