Anyone who is rh- have uncomplicated second pregnancy?

So my ob/gyn called me today and said my blood work came back that i am rh-negative. which i knew and had already had one baby successfully with no complications one year ago. She said my D antibodies were really high, so she was calling my pregnancy high risk and is referring me to an intensive care maternity doctor. what do you think my chances are for complications? has anyone had successful uncomplicated pregnancies after their first? What will happen?
