Boi help plz! (details!!)?

ok there is this guy & i am in total love with him! he says he doesnt like me, but all the time i catch him looking at me & then he looks away! I asked him out b4 but he says no! My friend says that he likes me cause she can tell but i dont know! do u guys think he really does like me? & if so.. how do i get him to go out with me?????????
