Can i get a waiver for the military with a acl injury?

hi i was wondering if it would be possible to get a waiver for an acl tear with meniscus as well and minor strains on my lcl and mcl? this happened 8 months ago and i am doing very well and at 100%. i am trying to enlist in the marines but with this injury i don't know if i will get a waiver what do you think and if i don't get a waiver would i be able to retry at a different branch or the same.
